2019 Special Reserve Shiraz

While Huntington Cabernet leads the way in the Trophy and Medal tally, it is Huntington Shiraz that often wins the hearts of our customers. As smooth and as fruity as you’d expect from the variety; the fine tannins are well managed to provide structure and length as well as the ability to age. Mudgee produces outstanding Shiraz in both the warm and cool years.

10.4T received 7/03/2021 at 12.8 Baumé and crushed to Fermenter 2. 9 days on skins to fully dry at -0.5 Bé. 18 months in 20% new American oak. Bottled 7/11/2022 at 14.2% alc/vol.
